For the Time Capsule in Coatbridge www.thetimecapsule.info/ This venue has lots of options for you.from ice skating, swimming, steam room, sauna, fast food outlet, fun water park, children's soft play and a gym that has had a massive refurbishment and has reopened with a large range of new equipment, from free weights to spin class. I chose a normal swim total cost£4.50 (includes £1 refundable locker fee). The pool was warm and included excellent access if you have mobility needs or are a wheelchair user. The lockers use a key fob which saves the search for a £1 coin. The steam room and sauna are small but both enjoyable (additional cost applies).

This pool has a height adjustable pool floor which can be raised to allow access to the pool. The floor is then lowered to the desired level to accommodate Swimmers / Aqua aerobics.
