Coatbridge Area Referral required

Coatbridge Area Referral required services. This group of activities are organised through North Lanarkshire Social Work Locality. Referrals are required through Social work or by Gp / Health centre referral .
 I visited The Silver Seniors group held at The Charollet Toal centre, Coatbridge. This group costs £2.80 to attend. the group runs 2 days a week ,on Tuesday from 12 noon till 3pm and Thursday from 11am till 2pm. For your entry fee You get an hour of armchair aerobic exercise from a physical exercise instructor. This activity is emensly enjoyable and beneficial to the group members. There was full participation and lots of laughter. After the Chair Aerobics the group had soup and a sandwich,tea and biscuits. After lunch the group took part in board games, dominos, socialising and craft work. This group was well attended and I would recommend it to anyone. This is a great group to make friends and enjoy the company of others.
